Technically it is however you'll notice indoor coverage problems as I think the lower bands on this phone support only the C&W network. Trust me that little problem can be a real pain in the keister when you ready.

It can be unlocked to work with digicel, but it works better with cable and wireless where the gprs features are concerned.
