    I have never heard of such a query, however i have concluded that the phone may be faulty in some way. Unable to assist.

    Plesae bear in mind that if there is a fault with the phone i would not be able to assist by fixing it manually. But there is definately something faulty with that phone, that doesn't actually allow it to receive more bytes. Take it in to a dealer store

    my 3530 keeps on turning off even when the battery full why?????????

    Maybe the battery faulty of the the contacts are coming in contact...lol.....trying cleaning it off with some alcohol.....dust can short short it!

    thats always the issue....i had a 3310 that only worked on a charger everytime a call comes in it would signal "battery low" try another battery if that works then get a new one......
