sigh ok, here is what u have to do. Call 1-800-404-9205 u can dial that from ur LAN line in jamaica and it is toll free. Run through the message board and speak to a rep, thats Dell themselves. They will give u a case number which u will then eventually pick up the phone and call Fujitsu ICL at 926-7567 and tell them u have a Dell laptop which is still under warrenty. They should help u from there.
PS Worse case scenario is that Dell will tell u, that u have wait 45 days for a title transfer in which the warrenty will be transfered to Jamaica provided u did not do this already.
ok, thanks. the reason i thought fujitsu didnt work on dell, is because i was seaking to technical support, on fujitsu's caribbean website last night, and they said that they didnt service dells. i guess he didnt know. thanks again guys! i will tell you how it goes.
Warranty not too bad, my only problem so far is that they took two weeks to change a powersupply, cause stupid dell dimension had non standard powersupply. but they have been snappy at other times too, providing 2 day change over for bad motherboard
