Website Questions

Hi all - I'm new here so I don't know where this question should go or where to search fi di answa.

Is there a certain place to go if I have website questions? Specifically, I'm building a website but I don't want it to be just a plain Jane website. All I know is some basic HTML tags. I'm JUST now learning tables ets, so yes, I am as dem seh, "Wet behind the ears" Anyway, i want to create a site using flash...nutten fancy like the hardcore stuff i see here, but respectable.

Is there a specific forum for such? Oonu ago help mi?

Not that i know of. I don't think theres a HTML section on this site. I guess you can put it under the general programming section.

Yup, Virus is correct. The General programming section is the place for that type of question. I like how you came and asked to confirm where to post it rather than just post anyway like others have done. Good for you

You can also check channeljamaica.com. There are a bunch of seasoned designers that visit there from time to time that Im sure would be willing to help you.

Was thinking the same thing owen. A flash site is a quite advanced coding for a beginner.

not exactly a beginner but scratch dat. didn't know there would be so much aprehension... it's cool - i'm doing some tutorials and all seems to be working well.

aprehension? not really sometimes you can jump into the fire - if you are prepare to get burnt. It doesn't really matter where you start learning from as long as you stay with it and not wimp out
