read their forum seems like some1 is making a/cs and selling them for $20 a few ppl says it work, but i think a lot of ppl are playing it. also if u have a Korean friend u can ask them to create an a/c for u (tip: utilize facebook to contact Koreans lol, i did, but didn't bother cause i know my machine cant handle it)

Well considering it will be official meaning lvling to cap will take a while, so in ur case even if it drop may 15 or in that time region, u prolly wont have time to hit the cap anyway lol
