    1. they dont need to launch a satellite to spy, they already have a satellites just have to enter coordinates and satellite will orbit to exact location, Usa probably has a satellite over the continents of the world, for quick interception 2. they can use uav's (unmanned aerial vehicles) that can fly 5 miles high undetected by humans or by radar. it is said the uav's can listening on cellphone calls 3. they can have someone who a double agent aka a snitch, who working for them in tivoli.. so many things that can be ruled out. an people please stop being ignorant bout why they looking for dudus with satellite why not bin laden..do you think the Us Gov want to find him or is Bin Laden even real who knows.. the news feeds us too many bull that you don't know what to believe these days. this whole satellite surveillance its 100% possible but could it be a scrape goat just to inflict fear on the Jamaican government to give in.

It is possible it is a drone just hovering discreetly and relaying the information via satellite.

Doesn't a satellite require line of sight ?. so unless you are in a open area, then a satellite will not pick you up.

The surveillance of the area isn't necessarily for on individual but more as a "keeping an eye on the are" sort of thing. but most of the activities don't even take place above ground or out in the open so they most have other ways of monitoring the place.

Anybody can use Google Earth Pro to do this to a limited extent. This wouldn't show up in the US budget at all, its already paid for and running so just try don't find yourself under their scope unless u heavy like pressy.
    THANK GOD
