Oh ok didnt knw that i could do that.. anyway thanx for the good reviews ppl.Yeah i could do 1 in colour.. never thought of that. But im having a really hard time getting the pics just below 40kbs without messing up the quality. Got any tips ?

Don't attach them. Host them elsewhere and then insert the image in your post.

In photoshop, instead of saving them this way: (File --> Save) try this way: (File --> Save for Web)
this way you can get decent file size, without sacrificing quality.
