The OS 5 for the BB Bold is actually out, but I tried to load it unto my Bold 9000 from Claro and it aint working cause I can't find the vendor.xml and apploader.exe files in the RIM Folder on my pc, which are needed for the installation unto the BB after installing on pc

I usually find it in programs folder - common files - Research in Motion - App loader

Well this would happen if you're using Windows Vista or Windows 7 so I would suggest you use a computer with Windows XP installed to get the results you're looking for as I notice that both Vista and Windows 7 tend to give alot of problems with the BB Desktop Manager especially when updating your OS
