    With my T60 running @ just 3.5 somehow I feel the need to rebuild a rig....and yet I'm more than satisfied with my Mac Life.I somehow remember a thread allowing you to optimize the performance of Windows 7 here on Tech Jamaica.

    Yup dats a nice upgrade Crisis. Still working on mine and here's the progress so far.

    Somehow my disk rating drop from 5.9 to 5.7 and my Memory score gone up and I got the same memories by just disabling(or was it enabling?) the Memory Remap Feature in the Bios . Got a new 560ti Video Card so dat rating gone up as well.

    memba a ATI card me have enuh but im guessing me n pow a run Win7 ultimate...me naa run sp1 tho...to me that a just bloat

    Sorry, that question should really have been directed to powpow.

    As for SP1 there was a noticeable improvement in speed over SP0, plus it contained all the hotfixes, so I just went with it
