They have been giving them out frequently these days. Most people seem to get it within 20 minutes to 24 hours.

Are you a part of the development team?

Hmm I am not a fan of the art style. Would prefer 3d or 2.5D.

I plan on developing a game like this or similar to power stone in the future.

I'm not, I just really want more people to beat up in this game.

Ah. Dreamcast Days, But I can't understand why anyone wouldn't want the proper 2D. That Street Fighter and King of Fighters 12 2D. Tell us about your game Pezz.

About dam time someone bring a Smash Bros. style game to PC. Been looking for a game like this since Gunbound days, but meh as pezz said art style just makes it look like an indie game. But if it's like League of Legends are style then I will have no problems picking this one up. Immo add you on steam now so look out for my request.

Lol. Good idea Pezz, can't go wrong with the Power Stone idea. I actually had a similar idea few years ago when I was talking about some old games with some co-workers and finally remembered this game after trying to remember it from high school days. If you can pull this off it will definitely be a top seller since PC lacks official brawler games, especially if it can be made that everyone has their own screen areas like in fps games and people would have to watch replays to see the matches in different perspectives.

This does look pretty decent still. Know a lot of people that may jump on it - links sent.

I guess you just wait - you'll get your beta access key or something.

Yeah, once you sign up they will E-mail you a key soon. From experience it takes about 24 hours most times.

Well it is an independent game.
I guess I never really thought about the graphics, I was just happy to have a brawler on PC.
Plus as far as games go for me I'm always: Game-play > (Story) > Coherent Aesthetics > Performance/Optimization > Graphics

A few additional notes about the game.
    * It is in Beta so things are constantly changing and being modified. Right now most characters only have one special. When you use the "Heavy Attack" while not currently in motion. They recently gave a few characters 3 specials. A "Heavy", "Forward Heavy" and "Down Heavy" For reference characters are: Cassidy, Ada, Scarlet and Lord Vraxx.

    * They will be demoing a new gamemode on their stream today, don't know what it is or how soon we'll get it. Will see after their broadcast.

    * Each character has two weapon choices. You might notice a "sword" like item in the video. When they pick that up you randomly get one of that character's two weapons. Everyone start off fighting bare handed.
Tip: You are able to throw your weapons an pick them back up or catch them in mid air, but unlike the Land Mine, Bomb, Spike Ball or Horn they vanish after being left on the ground for 3 seconds. Throwing your weapon at someone then catching it back in midair is a pretty good strat. But it has a high risk of if you don't bait a dodge out of them and they dodge the weapon through you might throw it too far away to catch it back.

    * There is a 1v1 Ranked mode but as it's still beta the ranks aren't "that" important since things keep changing.

    * Beware of Hammers, they may be slow but when they hit, they HIT

    * When the game is officially released it should be Free to play with a LoL/Awesomenauts type model. (Lots of skins. Additional characters)

    * Take note of character stats, this adds to how characters feel. Eg.
    There is:
    Attack
    Attack Speed
    Defense
    Speed

    * Characters are different based on a few things. Weapon combinations, Stats and Specials. Right now most characters have 2 specials, one for each weapon. The four I mentioned above (Cassidy, Ada, Scarlet and Lord Vraxx.) have 6 Specials. 3 for each weapon.

    * Weapons: Katar, Sword, Spear, Rocket Lance, Hammer, Pistols. (The pistols take some getting used to since their range is short. Really good for juggling though, due to low knock-back, except for it's Heavy up and Heavy forward attacks.) (Rocket Lance also takes time to get used to since you're charging with it most the time. I still don't like it much, but most of my friends do.)

    * My Steam name is: Raikouno
I mostly use Hattori, Queen Nai, Sentinel and recently Ada since they gave her some new specials and I like them. Occasionally Lord Vraxx because I like his gun play more than others.

    Yup. Long post...
