crap. I had stats like that when I started playing ranked too. Didn't stop the MM from screwing me over. The guy obviously was spending cash to level and buy things too. Most who are new to ranked won't start with what he has (ip boosts, champs etc). I started with almost all free champs and barely any runes. I can't imagine just yet how you get out because it is still 5v5. Your team has to have some level of competence or you have to do serious babysitting. Most times I see these guys just farm the crap out of a game for 20 mins, while in 5 mins my team normally has 10 deaths and a tower going. I dunno, Dota2?

    -_- ...no excuse semitop

I started exactly like that...I was a scrub, didnt have many champs, and I got carried to 1400+. But of course, fell all the way to 1200 bcuz I was bad. Grinded a lot and found good players, I got better, and then last week I just decided to raise my elo. Played A LOT of ranked games, and now I'm at 1400. NO EXCUSE. If you are good, you will rise in Elo.

I keep trying to tell people to break out of that mentality of blaming bad teammates. EVERYBODY gets ****ty teammates, so what u gonna do about it????? Sit in low ELO and curse the system, or be a man and get better and stomp the noobs. You decide.

One of the few games since launch I just decided not to even look in that direction (which is strange because I am pretty much an all around gamer) is it too late for somone to pick up this game in 2012 and start the long learning curve?

Is there a room for noobs only where people can learn everything and make all the mistakes without being one shotted?

if yes I may download this.

Not too late to pick up. It's not like an MMO. You are paired with people in your level range which would more than likely be new players like you (unless its a high level player using a low level account aka smurfing).

If you are a gamer, by the time you get to level 30 you should be able to roll with an average group, although you still gona have much to learn.

Reading a lot and watching high elo streams will give you tons of info abt the champs and the game in general.

I agree with Blaxx If you use to grinding in MMOs then you should be level 30 in no time and that is when the game really starts just think of LoL as a small scale BG and just like how a healer can cost you a match for not healing, a tank for not tanking and the dps for not dealing damage its pretty much the same here but only thing a match can run up to 40 to little over an hour if you not careful or if the team are equally skill. Ultimately it depends on your personality because as some people have improved quickly, some moderately some slowly, some extremely slowly and some I dare say haven't improved at all so it just depends on how well you grasp the game and the time and or research you put into it, but no matter how good or bad you are the basically has a pick up and play mode like a low level BG and a serious mode like what you may be use to from an organized Arena match.

Well With that said I may try and roll a healer since I am sure there are not alot of them.

My next question would be, as a healer Is my damage so low that its almost impossible to kill anything, keeping in mind that holy pallys in wow can kill dps classes in a BG / Arena
