    Default Mobile Wars heating up!!!!

News from the C&W GSM room is that digicel is going to have a serious run for their money.

Snazzy phones availability..... GPRS....Payment plans like the ones in the UK..(under consideration).

    Lower call rates.

    Ooohhh Boy....

    What do you think.

    Would you trade in digicel?

Would I switch to C&WJ from Digicel? Hmmm ... let me think about it - YEAH!

If they come out with lower call rates and better account plans then I'd more than seriously consider switching.

Let's see what month end has in store

nah tell no lie... the clincher for me would be who support GPRS first....

wherever dem chips lie.. there I will go...

what I'm gonna love about this is the AD CAMPAIGNS.. hopefully digicel hasn't changed brand managers cuz that group set the score at Digi- 1 , C&WJ - 0

    lessee what happens

ok GodKid, you have me figured out :-[. It's the GPRS (at reasonable rates) that would draw me to them. Can't fool you can I? ;D

If anything better comes tomorrow, I'm switching. That is the thing I like with having choices, they have to lower their prices and raise the bar in product features/service. ;D

As have been stated a number of times before the killer service will be the one with the best price/feature set combination available!!

So we just gotta wait to see how the game plays out....

    hhhmm,

Lets take an example however from GOTEL.

What if C&W fails to deliver or in the event that they do, they fail to provide good service.... what will be our option?

Will we just be suckers for tech?

Correct me if i'm wrong but I think nastro. is asking, would u switch from Digicel to C&W. Since that they are the one coming out with GPRS+GSM, don't u'll remember?

    You are correct Ropy!!

But the dealer buster is - who will have the better service/products vs price mix?

I would perhaps signup with CWJ for a few months while concurrently still maintaining a Digicel account and see which works best for me.. then make the final call.

C&W is too good to me for me to leave. I have signed up to their club CWE, although it's not fully in operation I must say that them treat me good. I payed $300 to sign up and get over $700 worth of credit from them already. So as a typical jamaican, I'll stay where the free credit is. ;D
