Richard can u give me a more in depth answer to the installation process of pushfix.
Is it that I enter my IMEI #, then wait 1 minute and go to Cydia and install Pushfix?
If thats the case how does my IMEI # come in to play?

Yep, enter your IMEI, pay the $, install the program using the repo (http://cydia.pushfix.info). The guy uses the IMEI and assigns you a unique push certificate.
