    I find the question a bit vague.

    Going with File system security for this one although securing a network should be a multi-method approach.

    A bit late, but yes - B is the answer. Remember, security is prime importance when dealing with important secure information that must never get out.

    Smart cards that require passwords use two layers of security. The first, and most important layer, is the smart card. An individual must be in physical possession of the smart card in order to gain access to the network. If this smart card is ever lost or stolen it has a second layer of security, the password. This is something the individual would need to know to access the network.

    Correct Option(s):

    b) Smart cards with passwords

    Incorrect Option(s):

    a) Enforcing strong passwords - Strong passwords are a good way to secure access, but they are not as strong as the combination of a smart card with a password.
    c) Locking workstations - Locking workstations will secure them to an extent, but all that is needed to unlock them is the password for the user's account. The combination of a smart card and password is more secure.
    d) File system security - File system security only secures specific files and folders, it does not secure access to the network. Once a user has access to the network, they can access any files and folders that their account has permission to access.
