Someone posted an article about the 5800 and the flaw in its ear piece I think that is what you may be experiencing now I will try to find the article I was thinking of getting a 5800 read the article and I was viewing it as just people fighting out the phone but now you seem to be experiencing the very same problem I may need to give getting this phone a second thought.

the 1st batch of those devices they say came out faulty so check it.......

all devices have problems, I just got a bad one, I am sending it back to get another one though. The 5800 is very cool
