I get round 30 -40KB downloads.... sometimes.
On 128k when using bittornado i get an average of 15kbps... which to me isnt that bad especially for 128k.

last night i had a sustained 88kbps using bitcomet
Using which service provier? and what connection?
I know this isn't a BitTorrent client but I've used Jigsaw Download (jigdo) for downloading Debian images. Not sure what else it's good for.
I use Azureus. I use BT almost solely to download linux distros.
