Default Nokia 5800 Xpress Music Locally?

I'm looking to purchase a Nokia 5800 but I would prefer to purchase it from a store where I can get a warranty or at least a receipt does anyone know where I could check I have realized that there are a decent amount of cell phone retailers in Jamaica whether having connections to Digi or LIME well I guess now also CLARO and then there are the independent sellers.

That did cross my mind but most members sell things on an as get basis or with no warranty so if you buy it now and a month down the line it starts to act up just know that you stuck with that that is what I'm trying to avoid. I bought my N82 from Amazon and it about a week the screen developed some distortion which seems to have been happening to several of the "Titanium" versions I sent it back and got a refund so I prefer not to take any chances its good to have some level to fall back on.
