Reports are that he compromised Digicel's systems.

Prosecutors reported Thursday that Mr. Martin was the Systems Administrator at a company which gave him access to certain codes which he then used to hack into the computer system of telecommunications company Digicel and stole more than $10 million worth of phone credit.

It sounds like he abused his position of privilege to commit the breaches.

Mr. Martin has denied the allegations and defence attorney Tom Tavares-Finson, suggested that the police are looking in the wrong direction.

He says a technician at the company where Mr. Martin was employed had access to his client's computer.
    And so ....?

If evidence was foud ar his home, what does his work computer have to do with anything?

Technically, no ... he was doing it for profit, so he's a professional cybercriminal.

Even skilled hackers have gotten caught.

He just should have kept himself clean and legal. Now he's thoroughly salted - especially since he's supposedly wanted by the US and Cayman authorities as well as the local ones.
