Well its ok if all you want is a basic board but personally I think it is a bit lame the fact that it only supports ddr2 533 @2gb Tons of other great MoBos out there that can do way better than that. If you say exactly what you plan do with your system or give a price range it would be easier for us give alternatives.

what do you need the 4 pci slots for exactly? every modern board is integrated anyway the only major difference is which ones have video and which ones dont. they all have lan and sound. most decent boards split the expansion slots between a couple of pci slots and a couple of pci-e slots. you can find boards with 4 four pci slots but it tends to push you towards some lower end stuff. so back to the original question. what exactly do you need 4 pci slots for?
Additional USB and sound, TV tuner and wirless antena

you have those cards already? i mean if you dont you can get some of them in pci-e instead of pci. especially the tv tuner and sound. i figure if you need better than onboard sound most of the better soudncards come in pci-e and nearly every decent tv tuner you can get it as pci-e or usb. gives you much more options than trying to find a board with 4 pci slots.
from a 4x pcie to a 16x it is if u have a decent video card and by this a 256bit mem bus with more than 16 real cores or 36 shaders
