What's the big difference between these two? Need to know because i plan on buying one

Well you have MAJOR Differences which I will explain here

1. The Curve 8320 is Candy bar form factor while the 8220 is a Flip phone. This means the 8320 in many instances will last longer as there is no ribbon to wear out similar to what will happen if you decide to buy the flip

2. Both phones are qwerty but the Curve has 320x240 pixels while the Pearl Flip has a 240x320 pixel resolution plus the Curves' screen is 2.5 inches while the Flip runs a larger 2.6 inch screen. *N.B.* The Pearl Flip runs the NEWEST Blackberry OS with a Brighther Screen while the Curve 8320 runs a older Os at 65k colours

3. The Pearl Flip can video record while the Curve does not

4. The Curve has a larger battery capacity running 1100 mAh while the Pearl flip has a 900 mAh battery

5. Finally the Curve is far more popular with far more apps, themes, wallpapers and just more accessories so I think the Curve 8320 is a better buy in comparison the the Pearl Flip 8220

Yes, the Pearl Flip has a brighter screen simply because it runs the latest Blackberry Os similar to that of the Javelin, Bold and the Storm

Well how long the ribbon will last depends on how often you use your phone and how hard you flip it open About it playing WMV files? Yes it can once you have the right video converter then you're good to go

Ok asked because on gsmarena it says it plays it and divx. To tell the truth i try to stay away from flips and slides because of the ribbon issue.
