Windows what? Man, use another anti-virus and come back and report to us again.

Like AVG or Avira are 2 free ones.

use this program Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. u can get a free version at their website http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php. run it and do a full scan. follow the instructions it gives u. post if it works. i might know another program u can try if this one doesnt work.

bigger isn't always better. u havent tried it so how can u say it wont work. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware scans the pc before it boots up. so preventing malware loading to memory and deleting it.

did Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware find the Win32/SillyP2P.G? if it did and it got rid of it and it came back then your windows needs security update patches from Microsoft. i had problems with hard to get rid of viruses that were cleaned but came back. it was not until i install security patches from microsoft that they went away. try using windows update before running antivirus and malware programs. also u can try using system restore to go back to a time before ur system got infected and see if that helps. as a last resort u might have to reformat ur pc.

system restore might be bring back the infection after u cleaned it. if u try the other suggestions and it still comes back, turn off system restore then scan and clean and do a restart. if u see that it doesnt reappear turn back on system restore
