DVD-9 is dual layer dvds. you had a short list of dvd-9 games, and then assume everything else is CD, totally discounting DVD-5 games.

Notice nearly all these games were released early in the PS2 life cycle. Of all of them I only owned Marvel vs Capcom 2 (which I stupidly sold cause I thought it was too scratched but really my PS2 just stopped reading CDs). NFS Most Wanted is wrongly listed there cause I have it with me right here and it is DVD.
