All depends I guess, but King is kinds special.

a few moves are like that, but not as heavy on the direction rolling like KoF or Street Fighter at all. But as you can see, its mainly button combos. I think Raven is like that to but most other characters aren't.

I know that it's not the majority of the moves that are like that, I was just trying to show that the joystick isn't something that should be completely discounted in the game. It's still quite useful, depending on how you play.

Interesting post on the reason behind unlockables in fighting games such as tekken. I don't remember see this but I guess everything was unlocked by the time I start playing the game in the arcade. nowadays unlocking is an annoyance

I don't mind unlocking that much. Unlocking in Street Fighter for was pretty much all I played it for, it got sorta boring after that, nothing else big to unlock. I dont care for clothes or poses so i not bustin my *** in trial mode for those.

On the Tekken note tho, anyone miss unlocking modes like Tekken Volleyball and Tekken Force? When I got Dark Resurrection (PS3) I was disappointed it was just a straight up brawler and Tekken Force from the PS2 version wasn't included. I'll see what Tekken 6 has to offer.

based on the videos on the site it "seems" they revampted the tekken force mode with, 2-3 player, local/co-op online, with pickups (guns, and weapons?) and ROBOTS!
