    need to get that aftermarket cooling dude..

    saw a nice 1 in watts new ..but i think it 2 big fa my case ...if i can get a bigger case / antec 300 ill get it

    u adjusted the voltages,i doubt 1.2-1.3 would allow u to go that far,try tinkering roun the voltages and see how it goes

    yea what rawhide said, set voltage to 1.5v and see where it takes you

    set the voltage to 1.4 and now at 2.415 ...decided to download prime95 not so sure wat tests i must do but i jus went wid it ...wuz doin it fa bout 5 mins n saw cpu @ 67c so i stopped it ....can my phenom manage this temp on the stock cooling cuz i read somewhere dat 65c shud b the highest

    mayb voltage is a bit to high for this speed, @ 2.39 the voltage wuz 1.320 and now @ 2.415 voltage is at 1.396

    lol anything over 1.45v on stock cooler officially voids my warrantee on your system

    lol anything over 1.45v is where it gets red so i wont b going there....

    can the 8450 handle 60-70c on load tho?

    dont play with ur stock cooler

    also u should consider putting some voltage to your northbridge that should improve your overclock

    and no do not even try going to 65-70c that will reduce the lifespan on ur chip in fact u shouldnt let it reach 60

    that means seh mine was near death yesterday lol.... at full load for about half hour it was at 63 degrees... never passed there though... it now idles at 35-37 degrees.. wen i gaming it goes to 46-48 degrees

    when I had my phenom tricore, I added 1.6v to it trying to get it stable at 3.2ghz from 2.4ghz. temps went over 70c on stock cooler if it was stable damn right i would leave it there, because no game or programs will stress it that much to get it to that temp. but for my suicide runs at 3.2ghz and 3.3ghz i did add the voltage to get scores in benches.

    far from death you are using a 65nm cpu, when you see it at 70c then you start worry. if it cant take it you will get BSOD
