Got this message from 400 on my digicel phone which reads:

you've been randomly chosen to get $100 digi to digi bonus credit on your first digicel top up from mar 24-26. Only persons receiving this message qualify

The first thing that pops in my mind is ok another promotion and wondered if theres any correlation between my sim being very inactive since last year, digicel pulling out all stop to get ppl to top up...?

Has anyone gotten this message too?

When u cuss customer care what you think gona happen? Just might put you on their blacklist.

In any business you go you have to know what your doing or what you say to the ppl. I know the most common one is a restaurants in which one may say they normaly spit in ur food around the back if treated bad.

Well its the same way with other companies if your a problem customer you will be place on the blacklist which is not legal but comon.

That spit in your food thing, is a real thing and a big fear of mine. So i just nuh argue wid them. in fact, i make friends and end up getting more in my plate

HV I get inside source info dat once u inserted in di Blacklist from dem IVR dere are ways 2 still get dem widout any problems and moreso u will only b blocked for 24hrs from dem IVR... Plus if u private ur # dem cant tell and den u still can get thru 2 dem.....

this black list thing dont scare me.......... the last time i had problems i called n cuss n tell them fi stop send me txt msg all hours a night........ it did stop fi awhile but mi notice it start again, n me soon call again n cuss! bright, bout blacklist!
