    zzzzz.. the man is just trying to say.. it cannot be a gaming console if it can't play games.. so without the optional internet service etc it is a device intended to play video games..
    a PC can be a PC even if it has crappy intel onboard video.. it is not dedicated to playing games

    Which PC can't play solitaire ? I know some secretaries and bosses that live on that more than some hard-core gamers live on XBL
