what package were u getting the 1.7MB on as for there so call 12mb i never got a stable 1mb download on any file, don't matter the server, time of day nothing , and i try a friend 12 an i get 1mb to 1.4 constant on a torrent download use my same pc.

Flow so called 12mb way under there 80% of the speed .. not even a 8mb connection
