I read the article too,i must say that claro taking too long to sort themselves out, i bought a sim card and try out their internet at first and all it was doing is taking my cash and i still was not browsing...now its gathering dust

Well i must say free calls onnet and $1 or $2 cheaper call rate alone dont do it @ all, need the services.
