As the title said, am interested in this phone i once used a pearl but back then digicel didnt hav bb service so i sold it... ( i Kno i was dumb)
but now i see this new device an read most reviews but just wanted to kno how well it worked here in ja an if it has a good battery life....

thats so right HV i would buy a bold anyday over that just based on the price it going for. would be sweet to have bold form factor with the 3mp camera though and still have the 1gb onboard memory.

I agree....the price is a MASSIVE TURN OFF....running in the range of the $60K region depending on your dealer. Frankly I would recommend a BOLD over this phone anyday....I guess it's this pricey cause so many persons are familiar with the Curve and as such would see the 8900 as a major upgrade, hence the price factor? Strange logics, right? Anyways BOLD all the way....Quality over Quantity....or just wait a next 3 months for the ridiculous Javelin prices to fall. That is my opinion still.
