    Default BB Connection Prob to msn/bbm/facebook etc

    Yea a friend a myn has a curve ...on digicels prepaid bb service an ting

    the fone was workin fyn ..msn/bbm/browser etc until he got kicked off msn and from then on it doesnt sign him bak in on msn, bbm msgs dont send, web browser doesnt work etc ..basically becomes a bb without the service...

    when he trys to sign in on msn it sayz .."Connection Error (65) problem receiving data from server" ..and doesnt sign in

    facebook app doesnt work either it says "you are currently on a service plan that does not support this app"


    so he downgraded hopin it wud work but it styl doesnt ...all the setting for bb service on the fone hav also been reset to digicel live r wateva soo idk whats rong

    and the service on the fone is not up!

    he wud really lyk 2 kno wats rong with it and if it can b fixed as he just got the fone and will hav to "throw it away" if ntn him seh lol

    First he needs to check with his service provider to make sure he still has the service going on that mobile phone, thats not a software problem.

    What do you mean when you say the service on the phone is not up? Do you speak of the subscription or the reception of the service?

    yea the subscription to bb service is not up ..so idk why it not connecting to anything

    It could be one of a few things. BB service terminated. BB not connecting to service. Provider not sending data to BB.

    Call the service provider. BBs are very complicated so I hope he doesn't mess with it trying to get it fixed. They have certified professionals to service BBs.
