yes im using 2 gig of ram and dual core processor 2.1 o/c 2.8

Speed of RAM? DDR2/3/Numberwang?

Also: get a new graphics card. You're wasting your time if you think that you're going to be able to run NFS:UC on a GPU with less than a 256bit mem interface.
