what is this ?
mac attack of the dusty pcs?
Tell them that they need to either call you or buy a tin of air and spray out the machine once every couple of months.
Beware - buildup like that can cake itself onto the board and brushing - even air brushing - may remove circuits (cause breakage). I'd recommend low pressure. The only thing saving it is that it's not an old machine, so you could chance it.
Knowing the solution doesn't mean knowing the method. Yet answering correctly and regurgitation are considered "learning" and "knowledge".
i have seen worst also...bear in mind that dust is everywhere its not limited to ptmore....it all goes back to what kind of environment the pc is in.That particular system needs routine maintenance....a can of air wont do the work ...2 or 3 perhaps

Yow if yall saying thats bad you should see some of the pc's that come to me...LOL
Lets just say they make that one look clean
I would just attack it with a can of compressed air and a paintbrush (the one that doesn't generate static )

ok I see the pics now. The IS dept blocks imageshack here at work.
You should see some of the stuff I had to clean when I was doing an internship at Alcan (now Windalco). Mobo completely red with dirt.
