Good resume format but i would list more computer skills if it a tech job you looking for. your computer knowledge comes off as too "generic" make it a little bit more tailored. Maybe a few changes might get your resume some more attention. but good luck in your search still. My best advice would be to post it on a some online job sites, call all your friends in you cell phone and let them know you looking for a job. You would be surprise maybe they know someone or an opening.
