    Hello ppl:

The gentle man is quite right, we are located on mannings hill road, we have been in operation for more than 7 years now, anyway, I thougt being a techie myself, this is the right place to look for real technical ppl, however we still consider ourselves to be a small company and as such we are seeking ppl who want to build and develop with the mindset that we are aiming to become the best software development company in Jamaica.

The job entails, PC Repairs and Assembling, Trouble shooting Hardware and Software problems (General and Custom), Installing structured networks, Installing Surveillance Systems.

NB We are looking for persons with multiple talents such as ( Sales skills, Web Dev skills, Customer Service skils etc), the incumbent must be mature (preferably above 22), responsible and possess a valid driver's license.

By the way salary will be discussed @ the interview.

As for me not making any post, the truth is I have just started seriously scouting out this place, from I signed up I really didn't have time for posting and perusing this place. But I have created a new account so I'll stop using this one.

Again if you are interested send your apps and CV ASAP to humanresource@aejgroup.net or aej_ja@yahoo.com

Job hunting 101...never ask how much money your getting on your first interview unless they bring it up...much less ask on a public forum when the person posting the job opening did not offer this information. Yes some companies show the salary range but dont assume that if you dont see one in a job posting its that they forgot to put it in.

@Daivd, if possible could you let us know when the position has been filled using the same account you originally posted with.

its better to get the job offer and refuse it for the salary than to turn off an employer by asking about it. if you are a "professional", employers know that u know how much u really worth!

well you can do it in yours and we will see if there is a second interview...that one question can put off employers. The point of the first interview is to give a good impression, dazzle the them with your exp and professionalism second interview you might want to touch on salary and benefits.

As a former Team lead in charge of interviewing for my team, i can tell you the ones that ask that on there first interview didn't get through.

Not saying that that one question mek them not get through but it definitely contributed.

    but as duster said

You have a point Kilaj1...no one ever told me to ask about the salary....I basically answer the questions being asked...and leave when it is over...some of these interviews....the interviewer would state the salary, since most Job Forms nowadays asked for the expected salary, which allows the interviewer to talk about it (whether they would pay you below your expected range or above.

Did an interview not too long ago....and what can I say...I am getting below the expected amount....but I aint gonna give up just yet...as I need the experience before moving on to another business place. I know I should be getting better pay, but thats life....

    Hello everyone,

It seems to me, that nobody here really needs a job, to date, I have only gotten two (2) emails. Is it that the requisite skills are not really here?.....or is it the former observation? anyway I will begin to advertise the vacany openly on monday and then close it one (1) week later.

All the best gentlemen, thanks for your time.
