find out the MSRP

1. multiply by 1.15 if new (less than 4 months old and not used)
2. Multiply by .85 if used for less than a year.
2b. or for each year old it is, remove 20% from the MSRP

so if that Sony vaio is brand new $140,000 then it will worth 161,000 out here
if it is used, then it worth 118,000
over 2 year old = $89,0000
