Excel Question

I notice that my excel formulae now look like this "IF(RC[-5]=0,R[-1]C+RC[-3],R[-1]C-RC[-3])" and "SUM(R[-109]C:R[-1]C)" Previously my sum would be =sum(b1:b40). has anyone noticed this or is it just my computer telling me to watchout its gonna blow up soon

Perhaps you are using R1C1 coordinates (Row, Column). I'm sure there is some setting in the Tools > Options menu to change it back.

If I'm right, RC[-5] should mean 5 columns to the left of the cell...?

the excel assistant is always useful in these instances
