Well if he is not an asset is he a liability?

Lets see...well the 1st and 2nd week was not that bad...I wouldn't say I have any major challenge apart from not knowing where one of the place was...which left me looking like I was lost. But asking questions along the way was good to go. (this was when I was picking up the computer and the all in one printer)

As for the fixing...I was able to solve one problem...and not the other. Obviously the people let the lightning damage the port. Though I did not have a clue what the to do...I did something and it came easy...the lady who is a receptionist was having problem using the top section of the printer that as a photocopier...and the error message given on the screen was clear...all I did was press that button and adjust what needed to adjust.

It was a HP 6310 or 6210 all in one...I think it is definitely a 6310 inkjet or something another jet. I had it written down.

More than one occasion these people damage the port (base on what I have been hearing, though I just got this job).

When the phone cord is plug from the back of the phone labelled DATA to back of the printer labelled EXT 2....the phone is dead....no dial tone....when the cord is removed...the cord that was left in from wall socket to the back of the phone labelled LINE....had a dial tone...removing from LINE to DATA...there was dial tone...but no dial tone from LINE to EXT 2. Hope y'all won't be confuse will reading this...just put it on paper and u will understand.
