Dont get it...worse case get a reg cleaner program...just linked that to show you the process that could be causing it. I don't use vista and never seen that problem before.

The image resolution is horrible, i can't read the message. Quote what it says.
there is a little icon on the bottom right hand corner that enlarges the picture when you click it, it looks like a bitmap image icon with arrows shooting out of the corners

I don't know about a free registry scanner but you could download CCleaner free and it will give you a log of registry keys that may not be in use. Download it here:
