eMail to text messaging

How do you send an email to a digicel or CW cell phone. For my Att phone in the states I must limit the text to 122 and send to 7036289800@mobile.att.net

for the CnW phone, do u have to put 1876 before the number ????

actually it depends on the type service the person had signed up for ...
1. classic - 334
2.bfree/postpaid - 876

classic is actually 338 not 334
