Default view and pay JPS bills online with myJPS

For those who do not know.

If the account is in your name you need the TRN that is on the account
If you are authorised to pay the bill for the account holder, you will need their payee pin.

24-hour access to JPS Customer Service
Pay bills on your own time

Good idea, but it does not work. Unable to add accounts. Pressing the "confirm" button generates an error. It still amazes me that Flow is the only major service provider with an archaic billing system....yet it is the only one that charges a penalty for late payments....make you kinda wonder

i didn't actually add a bill to it because the bill isn't in my name and i don't have the trn for the account holder.

I went as far as the add bill page though.

I got stuck there as well. The house JPS bill is in my name, but using my TRN number did not work.

Mine worked perfectly, added two accounts and checked payment history etc.. The payee pin is assigned by JPS so leave that blank when you are adding the account
