Blackberry probs

i'm trying to use my blackberry as a modem but it wont connect and C&W has no clue what wrong, they sent me to get my pc reloaded so i did and i still have the same problem.
can someone help plz??

They sent you to get your PC Reloaded?? and you did it?...C&W Tech support not exactly known for there tech sportiveness. I do recall a thread stating that they actually block this kind of server with blackberry, but I think it was for digi network.

thats pretty funny, he's pretty brave dont he kno that c&w tech is trained not to tell u they dont kno, if they av to they will tell u to hold ur breath 5 minutes and jump on one leg turn around and see if the prob is fixed if they have to but never they dont know
