YES my FLOW service has been really poor these days. (i.e. Constant Spring).

Well first thing you should do is go here and report it.
Contact Flow Customer Care
Make sure u select 'Technical Fault' for the type of query
Their tech support is pretty quick with answering emails.
So far I haven't had any problems at all. I'm off Old Hope Road
