I shop on Amazon (they accept Jamaican issued card, I have a Scotia Magna MasterCard) and ship using MailPac.

in my online purchasing days, i used tigerdirect, newegg, amazon, and ubid. the hassel free way i see is to get a US issued visa or mastercard debit card. get an account with TARA USA. have the item shipped from the company to tara office in miami and tara ship it down or you. they only charge to ship it from miami which is about $800 JA for up to 5lbs and whatever custom charge fi clear di item. computer and parts are about 2.5% the cost for customs charge.

The rates are determined by weight. They offer doorstop delivery, but I've never used it.
