Importing Software

I will be coming down on Saturday with some 2nd hand PC bits, some second hand Genuine Software & a couple of copied disks.

Am I correct in thinking that PC parts are duty free?
Anyone had any problems bringing stuff in??

I may be wrong but... my understanding is that they are duty free but NO LONGER tax free.

Because the new tax regulations are not yet in place, it's difficult for anyone to say what they will do at Customs. My guess is that they'll want to charge the GCT + import cess (4%) on an estimated value of the items you're importing, if you don't have an invoice.
