    NTBOOTDD.SYS is your SCSI card driver renamed to NTBOOTDD.SYS and place on the root of your system drive. For example, an HP Smart Array SCSI driver is cpqarray.sys, when you install Windows, it renames cpqarray.sys to NTBOOTDD.SYS and copies it to your system drive.
