Default Can a CDMA phone be reprogram?

I have a CDMA cell phone and i would like to know if it can be reprogram or unlock to use on MIphone network. Its a Samsung helio heat and on it its requesting a activation code. I took it to Miphone and they say i need to get it unlock. Whats the price to unlock or reprogram the cell phone and where to get it done?

What network is it "locked" to? If it's verizon it is not locked, if it's Sprint well you have a problem.

Thanks for the link. hopeful this weekend or next week i will make a link. What i will like to know is if the phone can be reprogram to take video via blue tooth. My phone can record video but can't send or receive video via blue tooth. And i would like my cell phone to do that.

umm you dont need to reprogram the phone as i told you b4 you just need to flash it and ur good to go but to find such persons that flash those phone its gona be hard because its not popular and thats the only way for your blue tooth to work unlocking wont open bluetooth. Next thing as we speak miphone naw gwan wid nothing right now still eno prices no so nice at all for a small company.
