    having a lot of programming skills don't really cut, companies don't really go for "junkies", people specializing in cutting-edge technology. packing your resume with a bag of resume only says, what does this guy really know and how much? specialize, u can't learn everything.

    @Mixmasterxp

    Impressive resume, even without the activities.

    Then with the activities you have achieved, it is even more impressive
    Activities: Gold medal winner for web development at national world skills competition 2008.
    Website created using Dreamweaver, phpMyAdmin and MySQL, comprising of database interaction and dynamic WebPages.
    Keep up the good work, both school and activities

    Research on the company that you want to work. Know about the available job posts that you are qualified for, and what is expected in said jobs. Brush up on your expected skills, and concentrate your efforts in advancing in them. Then prep for the interview and/or test.

    You have to be professional in your character, or even pretend to be until you have developed the qualities.
