The network that once monopoly us and con us is going to die. I must say its been good bmobile but yall just refuse to listen to the customer and be innovative.

With recent talks to a c&w employee i finally gather some in side information on whats going on with bmobile and to tell you the truth it doesn't look good.

Yu Remember the days when there was GPRS available for $9 a day( which was now $399 a month) , 10/8 rate, pressa, sunday chat and bundle packages? Those were the days bmobile was the best. Since the management change, theirs only a bad future expected for them.

recent changes to there plans and network has lend to a unprecedented
change.....

*10/8 rate to ANY phone in Jamaica is now the 8/8 rate to C&Ws and 12/12 to other networks.

*The once rejoice GPRS post paid plan which many of US signed up for, mainly those out of reach landlines, is now $1500 a month for unlimited. Doesn't make any sense cause its the same 56K speed we a get.

*Prepaid landlines no more

*No signs of innovation

* More drop calls and lost of signal

*BMOBILE JUST WANT TO MAKE AS MUCH OFF A US BEFORE MIPHONE LAUNCHES DEM GSM NETWORK< confirmed di employee>

Now Look pan Digicel, from the launch of there network they've done us nothing but justice in a sense. You realize your calling rate never changes? its the same 10/8 rate to other Digicel and $12 to other networks in jamaica. Even the Holiday Promotions no matter how small the holiday, they always a give something back to you. Also easy ways to do the most frequent tasks(like top up, check credit etc..). Need I Say more ? all dem need to do now is a network upgrade, lower the calling rate, some contracts and a monthly GPRS plan(thats no more than $800) and dem will have all a unno bmobile customers.....Digicel innovative, yes,but its jus more time dem a itch wit di the calling time.

Bmobile nuh want be innovate, dem jus a see wah Digicel does and imitate it. Eg: *120# .....BCC to 124* on bmobile .....Plz Call Me...PTC To 124* ...*121*topupnumber#....ADD topupnumber to 124*.......
and etc

One look around the Caribbean islands especially Cayman Islands..Link...Shows Its just US dem a con out. Where's the edge for us eeh? Well they waiting on digicel to start advertise it. In Cayman, bmobile better than Digicel with there contracts and prices. Them even have roll over minutes like cingular Link....

Jah kno staar...the only reason i have a bmobile is because they have certain plans that allow me to call ma girl and ma breggin dem on their landline or bmobile for 2 hrs free everynite and anytime on weekends....

to this day bmobile, has change for the worst, with increased prices, no innovation and poor network management. How will they survive? Not to mention the new Mi-phone GSM Network set for release later this month. Its like Bmobile are deliberately trying run customers to Digicel or off dem network. They have so much potential to be great, yet dem jus damn lazy to do anything but be shallow. Its no wonder a death of the company in jamaica will soon arise.....

cant really say bmobile has nothing up their sleeves to counter miphone's gsm rollout. the recent changes in calling plans, prices etc must mean something brewing, probly goin roll out something new soon why they have to cut back in other areas
