Creative Graphic/ Web Designer needed
POSITION
Web Graphic Designer
A rapidly-growing New Media advertising firm with a focus on small businesses and organizations seeks young, talented graphics/web-designers for full-time employment. Please note this is a telecommuting position.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Develop, design and implement online and offline communications materials
• Maintain and support graphic elements on existing client websites
• Develop customized branding, layouts and style guides for new clients
• Support client account teams in managing ongoing client projects
• Work with our engineering team on software development initiatives
Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Associates degree, with concentrated study in Graphics/Web design and interactive media or equivalent years of experience.
• If you went to a formal art school then that's an additional plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop required; Adobe Illustrator, Flash, and Dream weaver preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of web design best-practices and Internet trends
• Strong written, verbal and graphic communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines efficiently
• Self-motivated and able to work both individually and with a team
• Flexible and creative thinker that listens well
Requirements:
1. A portfolio of past websites and/or graphic design concepts is required.
2. A reliable computer that can efficiently handle the creation of graphical images
3. Cable and Wireless ADSL internet access.
This job pays between JA$75,000.00 - JA$100,000.00 per month based on experience.
