    Default Crystal Reports

Is anyone familiar with Crystal Reports? If yes, need your help with some configuration stuff.

I am creating report and I need after Grouping them for each group to be printed on a different page. For example all members from St Catherine on one page and Kingston another page and it goes on. Or lets just say Each members information on a different page: John Brown's Information on Page 1 and Peter Smith info on Page 2 and once more it continues. If anyone has an idea on how to do this please help?

I might be able to dig up some code on how to do it using Data Report that came with VB6, but not crystal, I'll check nevertheless and give a shout if I'm lucky.

Just right click on the Group properties and check the option that says New page after each group.

Well what I did that worked fine was; in design view after creating the report i dragged down the report footer to the page length and what it does was to print each record on a different page exactly like i wanted.

Norminator, a cleaner way maybe to just right click on the group footer u want the break to occur and select the "section expert" then check "New Page After". I hope that helps u in your future reports.

This method is better because if you have multiple groups, your crystal reports will just grow and grow unnecessarily.
